ASHM Beyond the C project team
The ASHM project team is committed to supporting you through the steps and reporting requirements of this project. Their aim is to help you identify people with hepatitis C and run successful quality improvement activities in your practice.

Practice Nurse Advisors
The Beyond the C Practice Nurse Advisors support practices to understand the clinical side of the project, including the data search and clinical audit, and are on hand to guide you to resources about testing and treating hepatitis C.
Your Practice Nurse Advisor will check in with your practice team at key points throughout the project, and you can also arrange additional support as needed.

Local Health Service Support
As part of the regional approach to implementation for Beyond the C, integrated support will be available through your local health services such as Primary Health Networks (PHNs), Local Health Districts (LHDs), Hospital Health Services (HHSs), Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) or Public Health Units to benefit practices.
Local health services are eager to support you through this project to help meet the health needs of the local areas.
