Before your first meeting with our Clinical Nurse Advisor, it is useful for us to have an understanding of your practice’s Beyond the C team members baseline hepatitis C knowledge. We ask that all involved please complete this assessment. Please note this is not a test but rather a way for us to ensure we can provide the most useful support possible.

Completing this knowledge check will take approximately 5-6 minutes.
